Our purpose

ABOUT

Women Empowered (WE) is a non-profit organization that dares women to break the mold and make one another better. Our community of lifelong learners promotes healing and wholeness by empowering women to transform their lives for the better as they grow in their leadership, affirm one another’s gifts, and support each other in the journey.

WE inspires women to step out, be bold, and take action in order to fulfill their dreams. WE also encourages women to share what they learn to help others advance, and to give back to the local and worldwide community.

EVERYDAY SHE-ROSE

Our Everyday SheRose Award honors a woman who has overcome incredible obstacles to selflessly give back and uplift her community.

WE-NEXT

The goal of WE Next is to foster a movement of young female leaders who are connected globally while working locally on the frontlines of social change.

WE GIVE BACK

WE offers a number of opportunities for women to give back to their local and global communities, making a difference and getting women involved.

TransformHer® Community

TransformHer® Community is a Women Empowered initiative designed to equip and embolden women as agents of social change.

TRANSFORMHER

The “TransformHer Leadership Program for Pioneering Women” provides participants with six months of coaching sessions with Dr. D for life planning and personal brand development. WE will begin accepting applications for the next cohort in 2022

WE ONLINE COURSES

Self-paced courses on Dr. D’s platform.

WE MENTOR AND COACH CERTIFICATION

TransformHer graduates have an opportunity to become certified mentors or coaches through the program.

WE TRAVEL

Join us as WE Travel the world to amazing destinations and explore beautiful places that you’ve dreamed of visiting.
